Lookup and print a Hawaii Insurance License.

An active license can be printed at any time. Any change to the license will take approximately 3–10 business days for the change to be processed, approved, and reflected online. License changes include:

  • Designated Representative Addition
  • Designated Representative Deletion
  • License Class Addition
  • License Class Deletion

You cannot print a license if the license is inactive.
